In bowl, combine:
4 TBS butter, melted
1/4 c. mustard
3/4 c. honey
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp curry powder
Mix well.
Wash 6-8 chicken breasts with warm water. Dip each piece of chicken in the sauce above (I let it marinate overnight). Place in 9x13 glass dish and bake at 350 for 25-30 min, or until no longer pink.

Thanks Heidi! Looks yummy.
We tried this one last night and everyone loved it! I'm excited to try more of your recipes, they look so yummy! We wanted to check out your family blog too, but we can't find a way to access it...can we get a link for it?

Nevermind...found your blog while surfing. Your family is so cute!!
I tried this recipe this week and Steve and I LOVED it!! I mixed up the sauce and put it in a gallon freezer bag and then threw in some frozen chicken breasts then threw the bag back in the freezer. Then later in the week I pulled the bag out and let it thaw on a plate and then just threw it a casserole and into the oven. SOOO EASY!! I told my sister that we should use this when we're all together at Christmas because it is something we can make ahead. Thanks for sharing it!
