When you said these are like the ones your school used to serve I thought I would faint. I loved those and have been searching for how to make them. I can't wait to try these!

I have craving these forever. I almost made them yesterday, but the recipe I had found had powdered sugar for the frosting, and I didn't have any! I'm so excited yours doesn't!! I'm SOOOO making these!

My family loved these! I am making them again today, so thanks a bunch! And they do taste like the ones I remember.

Not sure what size pan?

These are surely tasty- but they are definitely not like the bars we had in high school. These are more cookie like and don't hold up well eating as a bar. We had to use forks. The ones we had were more dense and the topping was part chocolate and peanut butter. I will have to write my high school and see if I can get their recipe.

In one word, AWESOME!!! I have looked high and low for this recipe. Can't wait to bake a batch as soon as I pick the boys up.

I have a recipe but it hasn't been turning out. I just baked these and I'm going to use some of the other recipe to finish, which include 3/4c peanut butter spread on top after cooling and homemade chocolate frosting. I hope they turn out! Also, I use a large shallow cookie sheet to bake these in.
