1 cup solid pack pumpkin
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup brown sugar
½ tsp. cinnamon
1 cup Cool Whip
Pecans, chopped, for topping
Combine pumpkin, sour cream, brown sugar, and cinnamon; whisk until blended. Fold in Cool Whip. Top with chopped pecans. Serve in small bowl.

Heidi - what did you or would you suggest serving this with to dip in it? It sounds divine! I love all things pumpkiny ;)
oooohhhh, where to start... I think this is great with those crunchy gingersnap cookies, or vanilla wafers. Or, if you like something a little more savory, try bagel crisps. Good luck!
